The character and the costume
Mileena is a fierce and dangerous fighter from the Mortal Kombat series, known for her aggressive combat style.
My cosplay recreates her Tournament outfit from Mortal Kombat X, a black and purple costume featuring rich textures and raised decorative details. The design also includes armor-like elements and accessories that resemble bone structures, reinforcing her savage and intimidating presence.

Mileena cosplay Tutorial
This Mileena MKX Tournament cosplay was entirely self-made. The production process took around 3–4 months, including material research, prototyping, testing, and final construction, with an estimated 300+ hours of work overall.
All sewing patterns were drafted from scratch, and the outfit was fully sewn and decorated with embroidery and raised details. The armor pieces were crafted in EVA foam, while her sai weapons were designed, 3D modeled, and printed before finishing. The wig styling was also completed by me.
